Maintenance Light. How do you turn it off?
stick your key into the rectangle cut out in your guage bezel so that you push that little plastic thing.
pretty easy eh?
Good deal, I actually had that question myself. My 2000 EXVL just turned over 61,000 miles and it went off, done a error code check and it came up with nothing so I figured it was preset to get me in for emissions or the timing belt. Just out of curiosity, (this is my first DOHC car) how long would you go on changing the timing belt on it considering that I autocross with it? Thanks for your time.

What Razor said was correct. You must turn the car ignition to the run position (don't start it). Hold it in for 10 seconds, then turn the key off. Turn it back on and start the car...done
I tried that, but it didn't work. I put it into the run position, the second click, first click for the radio second click to start all the electronics. I held it down and it didn't go away.
I got it to work. I held in the reset until the maint. light went off when I had the electronics engaged. Had to try it a couple of times but got it to work. Might just have to play with it a little bit.
I dunno...few seconds. If I remember what I did correctly the time I got it to work; I held in the trip reset and then turned the key to the correct position then watched the maint. light come on and then released it when it went out.
Its the V6. I was actually thinking about going with a I4 when I was originally looking for a car due to the normally small space between the firewall and the motor on FF V6's but when I saw that I had plenty of room to play I was sold on it...lol. Gotta love Honda. Oh also...can someone tell me how to change my avatiar on here. I have looked around and couldnt find it. Maybe just not looking in the right place. Thanks.
After your trial period is over click on the my profile link in the upper right. You will see another link to change your avatar.
