Question about JDM b18c R

Did it come stock with the 4 into1 header and the polished oil cap or was it an option?

The JDM ITR came stock with a 4-1 header with a 2.5" collector and a polished oil cap.

If the the JDM R came with this header and different collector and higher compression, wouldnt it have significantly more HP than the US counterpart. How much more HP did the JDM R have over the USDM?

Thanks guys. I wasn't sure. I guess mine got raped of the oil cap. I know why I didn't get the header. Know of anyone selling an oil cap? Haven't seen any in the classifieds, lots on ebay.
