So I recently purchased my wife's cousins build. Having a little bit of a running rich issue she's went to connect the scan tool and, no response from scan tool. They shortened the harness going to the OBD port and I'm not sure they pinned it correctly. It doesn't match anything I've found online. Could someone confirm wire colors and location for me? I can't find a schematic that has wire colors anywhere.
