Default Removing belt from balance shaft h22.

So if I do it, It won’t hurt the motor? I change the balance seal and I think I didn’t time it right because when I check the oil there’s metal in it? it’s not burning oil. And there’s no rod Knock? Or blow by .Think it’s the bearing to the balance shaft that are ****** up, not the crank or piston rings. And having been drive like that for awhile. Tired of metal in oil
