Default Stripped Valve Cover Bolt Threads - Time-Sert or Helicoil - Bolt Size and Thread

First time changing out a leaky valve cover gasket, everything was going so well until I put the last bolt in and it just kept turning. I need some guidance/tips on this repair, I really don't want to screw this up.

Question 1. I'm trying to figure out what kit to purchase. Is one easier to use than the other, longer lasting, ect?

I have a 2008 ridgeline. The honda bolt item number is 90010-P8A-A00

Question 2. After an extensive google search, I'm struggling to find the size of this bolt (bolt size and thread size) and also the right helicoil or time-sert kit to fix this stripped hole.

Thanks

These are the specs I was/am using to put this engine back together.

Valve Cover Bolt torque - 8.7 ft lbs (start tightening at bottom center, top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right)
Intake Manifold Bolts and Nuts - 16 ft fbs
Intake Cover - 8.7 ft lbs
Air Intake Plenum/Manifold Bolts - 16 ft lbs
Spark plug - 13ft lbs
