Default 2005 Odyssey -- P0301, P0302, etc

My wife got this in her van on multiple cylinders. I erased the codes and it never appeared again (driven 3,000 km since). Should I bother changing the coil packs (which I have already bought) or "let the sleeping dogs lie" ?

Having had multiple cars with these misfires (transient and consistent), I would not change the coilpacks and plugs until the misfires become more consistent.

From what I have learnt so far it could be related VCM... So, going to deactivate that.

But it might have been just a tank of bad gas...
