I made the mistake of buying part no. 07-06205-15461, and turn out not being the part, instead it was philips head screw anchor. Without this, I need to walk over the passenger side and lock the car with the adjacent door lock.

I've included an image, with the bottom most one, and image of what I'm looking for. Mine snapped in two. Car is an Integra coupe 3rd generation.

Going to say if you can create a STL file I can 3D print what you are after.

I found the part number is 72139-SR3-003, and with the help of Google images came across the following thread here on Honda-Tech.

Part is not available on Amazon nor eBay.

3.5 to 3.6 mm is the approximate diameter of the door rod, I've also included a 2nd model of 4.0 diameter thru-hole, in case 3.6mm is too small. Either probably 4mm is probably the way to go.

Edit: I did a search for "door lock rod clip 6mm hole", on eBay, and came up with useful results.
