Default 99 Civic Auto to Manual Swap b18a1 NO START

Hi! First time poster here , i always read on here on how to try and fix my issues, but now im one to post about them haha!

let me give some back story on my unfortunate situation. Recently got a 1999 Civic EX Coupe with a b18a1 swap , manual. the car was born auto , a friend of mine did the swap and wasnt too bright when it came to cars. Assuming he did that swap portion right , im still in a bit of a jam. Here is what i have done and tried so far to get my car to fire up. Just to AVOID any of the answers i have seen and tried but haven't worked. The car cranks , has a good and fast sounding crank , just no fire. I have a very strong feeling its my fuel injectors not pulsing , but i have tried everything to fix this. I have spark at the plugs , my fuel pump wasnt working on KEY II , so i wired in a switch to turn it on , just no pulse out of the injectors, i have a noid light kit as well. Fuel gets to the end of the fuel rail but injector doors wont open to spray. I do have a hunch its my ecu , due to the fact when i take the thermostate housing ground off , it still cranks strong and good , just no start with or without the t state housing ground.

SETUP :

1999 OBD2B EX COUPE
B18A1 manual
1999 CIVIC EX Engine harness OBD2
P75 OBD2B ECU (auto ecu , i know itll thrown engine codes but it should be enough to atleast test start it to know everything i did worked)
I also have a few ecu jumper harnesses in my bin of parts.

WHAT I HAVE TRIED TO GET THE CAR TO RUN BUT HAVE FAILED :

1 . Checked ALL Fuzes , under dash and in engine bay , all are perfect not popped,
2. ALL grounds are perfect , t stat , chasis , starter , and trans.
3. Repalced main relay with working one
4. Tested fuel injectors with a noid light kit , nada :/
5. ECU connecters A.B.C are all fine
6. Did the obd2b CPS bypass and that went fine (its a obd 0 b18 bottom end in a 0bd2b car , so the ecu is looking for the crank sensor but their is none and you cannont add one to a block that didnt have it OG , theirs many write ups on this bypass for obd2b users)
7. Timing is good , again long and strong crank

Im just out of ideas and have no clue what could be doing this. I cant keep pumping $ into fixes that might work , and have them not work lol . So sorry if i left anything out , too much for me to remember lol , just let me know what i missed info wise. ANY AND ALL help appreciated!

(the only thing i have not tried is replacing my ecu , i have read a lot of people suggest this "fix" but 9/10 the OP claims it did not help them. so im eary on buying one to try)

Thank you all again

(HERE IS A VIDEO OF THE CRANK NO START I POSTED TO YT)

OP, double posting is bad forum etiquette. Please be respectful of others here. All the help you need is in your original "proper" posting.
