2001 Honda Accord won’t turn over.
2001 Honda Accord cranks but won’t turn over. New distributor, new spark plugs and wires, new alternator and battery. Checked timing, checked main relay, checked both keys, fuel pump and fuel pump relay primes. Full dashboard and all electronics turn on. New map sensor. New coolant temp sensor. No scan codes come up on tool scanner. Any idea what the problem is? Appreciate any help.
I did check and even went as far as rebuilding the old distributer and the new one just to make sure and tried them both lol still won’t turn over. I switched a few of the relays and now it still won’t turn over but it’s trying to. It starting making a popping sound after changing the relays

Mine was doing the same thing drove home from work one night went to start it the next morning and it just wound over and over and over,... I pulled it completely apart dash seats out etc ...
because I thought the immobilizer was playing up but it wasn't, all I did was replace the plugs and replaced the coil in the distributor and it went bit it still has a miss while idling .. I haven't had a chance to have another look at it yet...but it goes
H22A SIR-T
Is your car manual or auto? You could check the sensors for the clutch pedal and the brake sensors and make sure they are working and being depressed or released as need to start the car. I had one of my manual cars brake pedal pad crumble and not depress the brake sensor, the engine would just crank. Was a easy fix since I figured it out quick because the brake lights wouldn't turn off. The top of the pedal arm has like little plastic button fixed to it to press on the sensor.
Those are some easy things to check, maybe get a second hand to pull a spark plug out and crank to see if there's spark, if so make sure your actually getting fuel.
One last thing I would say is to go over all your grounds making sure they are all making good clean contact and also check all your fuses.
