Default Just received a 2000 accord, for free, what should I inspect or check?

As stated, I got a 2000 Honda Accord 2.3L 5MT for free from my cousin. The car hasn't been driving much since he got his new car about 3 years ago. I am NOT a mechanic but I've done all the basic maintenance on my car (20+ years of driving) and I have youtube as a teacher.

The major issue or reason why he gave me the car is because it won't pass smog and he don't want to deal with it. That is not something that I want to get into on this post. I am interested in everything else that needs to be fixed to be safe on the road.

Details on the car:
-the car has been well maintained when it was his only car. About 3 years ago he got another car and left this car in the lot. The car has 190k on it. Not sure how old the fluids are.
----------------------
Things that I will change
-Engine oil and filter
-Engine and in-cabin filter
-Front pads and rotor (rear looks fine)
-Flush and drain coolant
-Transmission fluid

This that I looked at and looks good
-CV boot
-Springs/shocks

What other areas I should look at or what common issues does this car have that I need to inspect?
Remember the car has about 200k on it and is over 20 years old. The car drives fine when I drove it home (about 100 miles away).

Thanks in advance
