I have a b18c block and i’m looking for a head and on fb forums a guy said he has a full em1 head if i’m right i think it’s a b16 will those fit to each other and if it does will i have to change anything different or will it be the same as a b18 vtec head

 

It will bolt on and work.

 

If its a B18c GSR head, you'll have to account for some slight differences with coolant hose routing, nothing too difficult.
