I had cause to remove the Negative battery connection.
When I reconnected the Negative battery connection, the radio was inoperable and asking for a code!

Anybody know how this works. What code and how do I put it in.

 

You may be able to reactivate the audio system without the code. Instructions are part of the owner's manual.

See yellow highlighted steps.




If that fails, then you'll need the code to enter. The code is provided with the owner's manual kit during purchase. Otherwise, you can obtain the code through Honda's Owner Link site listed in the owner's manual or through the dealer.

Thanks for the response, its appreciated We bought the car used and did not get an owners manual with it.
I will try this and see if it works.
If not I will have to see if the dealer will help (Guaranteed to help for a price.The only thing I hate about Hondas is the nickel and dime dealerships).
Will let you all know what happens.
