'16 CRV - Belt/Pulley Noise
Hey guys,
2016 CRV with about 75k Miles on it. The vehicle is making a squeaking noise under the hood. When I remove the belt and start the vehicle, the noise goes away. This leads me to believe it is either the belt or a pulley that the belt wraps around.
I've replaced the tensioner, AC clutch and belt. The noise is still there. I tried to isolate the noise using a makeshift mechanics stethoscope and thought I had the issue pegged with the AC clutch.
The AC clutch I bought did not come with an AC coil (even though the picture on hondapartsnow.com showed it coming with the AC coil.
No lights on the dash or any indication that the vehicle is overheating (water pump) and the clutch on the AC engaged even before changing the part.
Here is a link to the noise. I cannot find a duplicate noise on the internet anywhere. Any ideas on where the noise is coming from?
