Ok so long story short I have my 2001 Honda Accord and I love her!!! But she needs a makeover inside and out. So eventually I wanna turbo charge her. I wanted to get a cat back exhaust with headers, (I'm kinda confused about the manifold) but my main concern is the engine, she has a stock VTEC 3.0 but, I don't wanna burn her out with the turbo so if there's any modifications you guys can advise that would be great. Also I wanna get as much HP as possible but I don't want her to sound like ****. So again any advice helps.

 

Beefing up the engine is really the least of your worries for boost. You are going to want to swap out that transmission for something better. The stock trans has a hard enough time dealing with the power that the stock 3.0 is putting out.
