How much does your integra weigh?
Like the title asks. Dc chassis
im trying to figure out what a realistic goal is. I’m currently going through the whole car. There was already a decent amount removed and it was sitting at 2650 with me in it (170lbs) and a full tank of fuel. At this point it had everything behind the front seats out if it, carpet included. When it all goes back together I’m putting the plastic trim pieces back in but not the carpet. The ac and power steering was already out of it also. Since it’s been down I have removed all the sound deadening stuff off the floor, pulled ALL of the factory wiring out, cut out assorted little brackets, all the speakers are out of it, I’ll. Be removing the sun roof and putting in a carbon fiber filler panel with aluminum brackets. In the rewiring I’ll be doing high and low beams, blinkers, tail light running lights, brake lights, reverse lights, keeping power windows with txl and tefzel wire, appropriately sized. I’ve removed a lot of the seam sealer and done some stitch welding around the frame rails and strut towers. Carbon hatch and rear Lexan is in the plans but not this round of mods, maybe. Next year. The sparco seats and brackets seemed very heavy and ultimately will go with Kirkeys but once again maybe next year.
is 2500-2550 with me in it unrealistic? How light can these cars get with carbon body panels?

I have a 98 LS integra chassis. 10pt mild steel cage, no hvac, has power windows and sunroof still. Uncut car and all stock glass/body panels. Last time I weighed it, it was 2315lbs without me in it and 2458lbs with me in it.
Damn that's pretty light considering you still have most of the car present.
