2004 CRV W/ recurring Code P0134: Help
This whole thing started in 2020 when the cat was stolen. After it got fixed, P0134 would some times occur ( Soft Code). A basic scanner only show 1 code and high end scanner gave me a code for the ELD/ Electrical Load Detector.
The new LED took the P0134 and kept it off for 2-3 days long enough to pass emission test. The car has no drive ability issues at all.
The CODE P0134 has return as a hard code, the soonest you start the car bingo!
AFR Sensor UNPLUG 1. Red Wire 2.13 volts 2. Yellow wire= 1.84 volts 3. White wire 12.33 volts/ battery voltage 4. Green wire 2.78 volts but Does Not Light up an LED test light.
AFR Sensor Plug-In 1. Red Wire 0.0013 2. Yellow wire= 1.84 volts 3. White wire 12.33 volts/ battery voltage 4. Green wire 12.33
I think the problem is on the GREEN Wire w/ 2.78 Volts; I think it should be close to zero w/ the sensor unplug.

Today, I did some more digging and found some interesting results.
AFR unplug, Heater+= 12.5 volts Heater / ground - =
2.47 volts
Removed AFR Relay Heater + = 0.00 volts Heater/ ground - = 0.00 volts
The current from the hot side of the heater is making it to the ground cable some where.

I have not bother fixing it, winter is been real crappy cold so I just drive it.
In the above post, I posted the current readings at the sensor. The ground side is where I think the problem is.
2 other things that can affect the AFR are exhaust leaks and valves getting tight which is common on the 2.4L engine.
