Default Ignition not giving ecu signal

Did a k24 swap in my mr2 and was downloading the base map a on first start up didn’t have fuel pressure and after some digging ended up just running 12v from the battery into the back of my fuel pump relay just so I could prime it but ever since I did that when I turn the key k manager is saying my ignitions not on making it so I can’t upload a tune or get the car to start, just sits there and cranks with zero spark… could I have shorted something or messed up my ecu in some way? I checked 12v on my fuel relay because I know what that was before I jumped it and it used to have a constant 12v and a 12v with key on and now it only has the 12v constant and no 12v keyed
