DA Billet Aluminum Quick Release Hood Hinges Interest
Hello DA/DB Family,
As we all know the DA is usually left out of many new products. PLM reached out to me after showing interest in buying a set of Billet hood hinges for the DA similar to what they make for other chassis. They are willing to make them for the DA, but to mass produce for a lower cost they need at least 25 owners with serious interest in buying a set. The more interest the better.

Lets show them there’s still love for the DA! If you’re seriously interested please make a comment and pass this around. Who knows, maybe the xbar brace could be next if we can show this chassis is still relevant.
I don’t have any affiliation with PLM, just a DA owner wanting to take advantage of a company willing to create new parts for an often forgotten chassis.

From my experience.. gauging interested will not work.
if you want them to produce a product, they will want sales.
they are in the business to make money. interest does not provide them money.
the cost to develope, cnc, test is very high.
only way you will probably have them create these is if you preorder a large quantity.
nothing shows more interested than the funds.
everyone will say they are interested until the part comes out.....
then no one wants to pay.
-buy in bulk
-they create
-you sell
good luck
if you want them to produce a product, they will want sales.
