Window will go down from both driver’s and passenger’s button, but won’t go up. I bought a new regulator and it still has the same problem, the voltage was checked on the motor connector to make sure the was power for the up and down button and both have the same voltage number…. I really need help with this pls. What else can I check for or what can I do?

 

What year, model vehicle, 2-door or 4-door? Sometimes people post in the wrong sub-forum and also there are differences in models.

 

2017 honda accord LX 4 door

 

Try resetting the power window switch(s). You may have to do both driver's and passenger side switches.

 

We tried that already.
