Default Front wheel movement

Hello I have a 96 accord and have a question about front wheel movement. I've done lower control arms, coilovers lower ball joints yet I'm still getting a lot of wheel movement towards the bumper and to the back of the fender. What could cause this? Upper control arms?

Radius rod bushings are probably shot.
