Cig Lighter fuse blows every time I plug something into it. Anyone know why?

Cig Lighter fuse blows every time I plug something into it. Anyone know why?
Hey guys so I got a problem with my cigarette lighter fuse. Every time that I plug something into my cigarette lighter it blows my 15 amp fuse. This is an after-market cigarette lighter that I got from O'Reilly's I'm thinking then it might be the wrong power output so I keep blowing it. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
