Default F22a6 with P39 ECU (JDM f22b VTEC), will it run properly? Pics inside

The shop has half front of a Japan improt 1991 Ex Accord with JDM f22a (no number after the a), I have the p39 ecu, was paired with JDM H23a but it was damaged.

If I get the original ECU that came with the chassis and engine, it'll cost more, do I need it? Or is the p39 fine from performance and perserving engine health perspective , also from gas mileage perspective.

Another thing the car is rhd and mine is lhd, can i transfer the airbag system and cruise control system? (the half car is complete with bumpers, steering wheel and column and everything)

P39, will it work with f22a6?

New engine 60k miles
