high voltage P1298

Icon5 high voltage P1298
I have an 2001 Integra and i am now due for emissions and i get a code for high voltage. The code will come on with simply with the key on power mode and the car off the code pops up (p1298). I have an h22a swap and i am running a p75 ecu from a 97 Integra with an obd2b to a conversion harness, to avoid the immobilizer. (purchased the car with the swap and the car was running on a obd1 ecu with hondata). I have already replaced the ecu and the eld and nothing changes. I had the eld unplugged and still nothing. Really not sure were to look any ideas would be great, Again code comes on with the car not even running.

It's an OBD2 ecu, so grab some freeze frame data and see what it says.

How many wires go to the plug on the alternator in your engine harness ?

4 wires are Inside the plug
