Engine shutoff at 5000rpm rev (in park)
Hi , new to the forums here so bare with me lol
So I noticed this a while back and just left it alone as it never affected my car or driving , but I would rev the engine a bit , while in park, then once I hit about 5000rpm , the engine would just shut off. No check engine , cel or anything , and I can turn the car back on like nothing ever happened and it would be just fine. I have no clue what it could be , I need all the help I can get before it becomes a big problem , if it even is a problem

That is the idle/park engine rev limiter, that being said it usually doesn't make the engine stall though. You may want to take a look at the ignition and fuel systems. When was the last tune up done? Cap, rotor, plugs and wires, air filter and fuel filter? Do you know when the last engine service was done, timing belt, tensioner, water pump and valve clearance adjustment?
There is really no need to rev an engine past 5k RPM in park anyway. You should be fine as long as you stop redlight racing it.

This post reminded me to add a few other things to check/clean, the idle air control valve (IACV) and the fast idle thermal valve (FITV). If this Accord is 98-02 then you have the 2 in 1 rotary air control valve (RACV) This one control valve replaces the IACV and FITV.
