HELP - Timing chain tensioner guide stuck!
2008 Accord 4cyl -- replacing the CVT actuator and cannot get the chain tensioner guide holes to line up. The floating eylet stays above (way above) the locking hole and will not go down into a position to be able to line up with the locking hole. Have followed Honda instructions (CCW the crank a bit to align -- but no dice). I have rotated the engine several times to see if I get a diff. result. Wondering if I should replace the timing chain tensioner (it has 200K plus on the engine)? What am I missing? Thanks.
