01 Civic misfire and cooling fans always on

01 Civic misfire and cooling fans always on
Car runs rough engine light flashes there is clearly a misfire. Cooling fans stay on if I unplug coolant temperature sensor on the block misfire goes away. Stupid ik. But this thing has. New coils plugs injectors. 3 cylinder seems dead until I unplug that sensor. Can anyone help me out
