Body shop took my door and put it back on and the first time the passenger door didn't lock from either inside or outside so they fixed that and now it locks from inside just fine and outside but the door will not open when pulling on the handle from the outside. What could be the problem?
notes: latch on the door isn't moving when pulling on the handle either

 

It should be the body shop fixing this if you got the car back like that.

Possible cause may be the door latch rod was not attached back correctly to the base, or damaged base, or damaged outer handle, or latch.

The outer handle (9) attaches to the base (11), the rod (2) is attached to the base (11) and latch (1).
