Just did a head gasket replacement now car won’t start

Hey guys I have a d16y8 I check my timing, new spark plugs 2 weeks ago, did a compression test 120 on all on a cold engine.

120 is too low to support combustion... either you missed something during the repair or you did something wrong replacing the head gasket. Check your work.
