Default 98 CRV Engine Flooding

Looking for some help with 98 CRV. Starts great and will idle but eventually starts to run rough and will die. If I pull plugs they are soaked, but let them dry out and it will start again. Got stranded last week, that was the 1st time I had an issue. Only thing else unusual is the 1st plug I pulled to check for spark was very loose (did not need a ratchet to untighten just turned a couple times by hand it came out), I thought that was my issue but after checking all plugs and putting in tight it still floods and dies.

Could be something in the ignition/distributor dying out. If i had to guess, I'd say the ignitor is going out. Try replacing the distributor to see if that helps. Won't always throw a code when that goes out.

Every video I watched showed you cranking car until you can see the screw to take the outside part off (don't know what it is called). Mine does not have a screw so I can not get the coil pak out so I can replace it. Is this just pressed on?

Should I be replacing the whole distributor assembly? I see them online for about what I paid for the coil pack at the parts store

There's no screw under the rotor? Should be, but I've never had an obd2 B20... Try pulling it off, but I'm almost certain there is a screw on the inside of the shaft.
