Hi, am trying to replace o2 sensor (pre cat) on 2017 Cr V 1.6 diesel. oem is 5 wire and would like to know if i can fit 4 wire sensor instead and if so how to connect wires as they are different colours?New Sensor 2 white wire 1 grey and 1 black, 5 wire colours 1 grey 1 black 1 white 1 yellow and 1 red. fault code is P2A00.

 

5 wire is probably a wide band sensor where a 4 wire is a narrow band sensor. They are not compatible in any way.

You will need to find the correct sensor.
