I have a 1991 standard Honda Civic sedan with the AVISTART 4400 alarm system. After reconnecting battery. The car will not start, turning the key On allows everything like intercooler fan and radio to turn on but when I turn the key to start, nothing happens and except my fan and radio turn off until the key is moved back to ON. I am assuming this is some sort of anti theft system that is doing this but I cannot find anything in detail that’s helps for my problem. I have put the system in valet mode and that had no effect. Headlights, blinkers, everything works including the key fob except for when trying to start the car. Thanks
