Default L15B7 internals on an L15A7

I have a 2010 Honda Fit with 160,xxx miles on it and I was wondering if it would be possible to use rods and pistons from an 2016 and newer civic si because I plan on boosting my fit soon

Not even kind of. L15B7 shares nothing with the existing L series. Sort of how the K20C shared nothing with the older K series. They should have created a new engine family for both.

what do you think would be a good alternative to my idea to lower compression for the incoming boost while being able to handle the power

No idea. Open up a parts catalog and start looking? Not a lot of love for the L series in the performance world. Good check with the usual suspects for rods and pistons.
