1999 Accord F18B Cylinder No. 3 dead.
Cylinder 3 has good compression but no combustion. On retrieval the spark plug is wet with fuel.
Sparks plugs are a new set, Spark is present in the cylinder, Lead wire seems ok coz its working in other cylinders, No. 3 Spark plug works in other cylinders, both inlet and outlet valves for that cylinder are new.
Compression is adequate in all cylinders (9.2 bars in cylinder 1,2,3 and 9.6 in cyld 4)
Problem started after timing belt replacement. It cut while in motion. I replaced all the bent valves and serviced the engine block with new pistons, rings and gasket.
How do i fix this dead cylinder issue? Please help.

Everything ok with the injector in 3? Wondering if it is somehow dumping a crazy amount of fuel.
Compare it to the others just to make sure everything is ok there, definitely want to start with the cheapest concerns right?
