Default LSvtec 600-700 rpm idle surging

Have an LSvtec in my 2000 ek hatch

Previous information: Ive had an idle surge for as long ive had the car, and it just surges between 800-1000, but I tried to make the car idle higher by this:

I tried and tweaking my throttlebody for higher idle, and it seemed it was working great for the first 5 minutes, just to not be at 900 surging. Then, on the highway going 75-80, when i let off the gas it let off hard. Stopped to get off at a light, car idled at 500 and I thought it was gonna die. Now, i cant even drive because when I let off throttle, then just barely press back, it will throw the car back and forth really rough unless I put the clutch in.

Whats happening? And what do I do. Anything helps please.

You have altered the resting TPS value by mechanically adjusting the throttle blade stop. Your TPS voltage must be adjusted to reset it properly.
