Hey all, I'm hoping I can a reply ASAP. Recently purchased a 2000 CRV from a friend. He replaced the front subframe as well as the front suspension. My issue is that my steering rack seems to have some play. When I went to test the wheel bearings, I saw that my steering rack had quite a lot of play. Found that the 2 bushings under the driver side that hold the rack in place were missing so I purchased some OEM ones to replace them. After that however, the rack still seems to have some play. I have checked the tie rods and plan to replace them too. My question for you all is, what else should I be looking at? I do also have a low mileage rack on hand in case that needs replacing but I'm running low on funds and can't seem to figure out what else I need to check. Any input is greatly appreciated!
