Ok guys I need some suggestions. Recently picked up a civic that wouldn't start. paid 500.00 for the car. Long story short it snapped the timing belt. Upon initial breakdown it didnt appear the the valves hit the pistons but today upon closer look, they actually did. It appears to be very minimal and the valves do no look bent. This was going to be my sons first car. Not looking to dump a lot of money in it. Would you throw the head back on and run it or just trash it?
