Just bought a 94 EG coupe, I replaced the battery with a brand new battery was testing good. (Battery was from walmart)

My headlights, tailights, dash lights, all lights are flickering and I also have a shitty idle. Where should i start? This is my first honda.

 

Test the alternator would be my first step. Then go over the grounds would be my second step.
