Hello,

I have a Canadian Honda Civic Special Edition (SE) Sedan from the year 2000 and I can't seem to find much info about it online. I am wondering which civic trim it most similar to, and what features it is supposed to include.

Looks to me like a Civic DX with factory air conditioning.

 

Special Edition can be any new thing included in the trim. Sometimes it's the first try at a new motor that ends up in the next generation, or it's AC in a trim that doesn't have it as an option.

Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's a headache. They usually use the SE to find the bugs to work out before they put it into the next generation is what I was told once.
