Default O2 sensor help, need smog

I recently bought a 96 Del sol with the d16y7 engine. I replaced the exhaust and put a cat in it was straight piped before. The downstream o2 sensor was missing and I bought one but the wires and connector to the ecu aren’t present either and I’m not sure how to go about fixing it. Does anyone have any advice?

The original cat would be on the front of the D16Y7 engine... so BOTH the primary and the secondary O2 sensor plugs are found on the engine harness near the front of the engine... just below the distributor. You could run a sensor plug extension between this location and your secondary O2 sensor to make things work.
