1997 Del Sol O2 sensor question

1997 Del Sol O2 sensor question
Ok kind of a strange situation... I have a 97 Del Sol with a 94 D16 in it. The D16 was converted to OBD2 but i have a P0141 code. I have an OBD1 cat and no secondary O2 sensor however my ecu seems to want one. Is there a trick or a way around this? I've heard about an O2 SIM. How would i set that up for this car? please any info would be great i have to have it smogged within a week. i live in Stockton CA, if anyone has any "ideas" for me on how to pass smog please feel free to PM me

i doubt youll get a sim past a ref considering caspers took a beating about them. if you are trying to pass smog, fix it right and you wont have to worry.
