Default Cold Idle options without FITV - OBD1 ecu

My car was tuned many years ago (2010) and does not have a cold idle increase. The car is a 91 Civic Si with JDM B16A, BDL throttle body with no mechanical FITV. Chipped P72 ecu (OBD1). Are there any tuning options that would allow me control / increase the cold idle using the IACV and engine temps sensor or something similar. I have looked around in CROME but was unsure if any of the advance tables would have an effect on this.

Man, I haven't looked at CROME in a long time. Should be as simple as setting the idle speed vs water temp, but I can't remember if that's an option.

SManager:

What software is that and is it adjusting it through the iacv with that scale? Does Honda Tuning Suite have a similar option?

That is Hondata SManager. Most softwares have a similar table. Uses ignition and IACV duty to achieve idle targets. I haven't messed with HTS so don't know where they are on this.

Still have NepTune installed on one laptop, this is what idle looks like there:

HTS has idle by temperature too. Not surprising.

Installed CROME just to check for you, not surprisingly it has nada idle options. Time to upgrade to a different software.

There are pretty helpful groups on FB, someone can likely better answer your questions there. You may be able to port your maps out of your CROME cal to HTS. That would allow you to keep your 'tune' and handle all of the parameters in a better software. You really only need the dyno for mapping. Everything else can be done 'trackside'
