Just got a new 2000 civic coupe, it's got power doors but the passenger door wont lock completely unless I pull the handle on the inside, doesn't matter if I use the drivers lock, key, or the little tab on the door. I can see it tries a little but gets stuck maybe half way, if I use the key it doesn't turn right at all but turns left normally

 

Forgot to mention, the window also goes down very slow, do they share a ground that could be iffy?
