Steering wheel locked with dead battery
I have a 2002 Honda Accord LX that has been in the garage for over a year due to the pandemic. The battery is dead and the steering wheel is locked.
I kept on turning the steering wheels left and right while twisting the keys and pumping the brakes until I was able to unlock it. I am not able to duplicate it again when it locked.
Is there a proper way or easier way to do this ? Should I replace the battery first ?
