Has anyone attempted blocking the coolant passages on the intake manifold? Looking at different manifold options and i'd rather not deal with adapters, this is for a road race engine so i don't see a benefit to routing coolant through the intake mani. I'm just worried if those passages are needed to circulate coolant through the engine properly, or if they are just there for emissions purposes.
