I have d15b engine on a custom car (Daihatsu Charade G100) tuned up but on AC it is giving 3-4km/ltr and 5-6km/ltr without AC along with black smoke replaced injectors, replaced map sensor, ECU also tuned up what will be the possible issue? is it ecu incorrect for this engine or can someone help I am struggling for last 2 months

What do you mean tuned up if your ECU is stock?

What market is the D15B from?

Black smoke means unburnt fuel. There is a couple of situations for that. Engine Tune is one, rock bottom compression is another. By that I mean as low as compression can get and still run but not burn all the fuel.

Anyways, please answer the first 2 questions, it will help determine possible causes.
