I have a 1990 EF sedan with a gsr b18c1 I just recently rebuilt motor new piston rings rod bearings main bearings head gasket come to find out a torque wrench I used was broken so I over tightened everything I didn't know that I started it it died a couple times then blew all the oil out of back of the block I took the motor out losing everything backup got a new torque wrench put everything down to spec put the motor back in fight last night started first try van for about 45 seconds no smoke no knocking then shut off went to look and it did it again the oil on the ground through the hole in the back of the block where the catch can goes in please help

Remove the catch can and plug the hole.

How an what about the presure that biulds up in the block ??

Do you mean the OE oil breather box, or is it an aftermarket catch can?

There is a vent in the valve cover to exhaust crankcase pressure. For emissions it gets sucked into the intake. I have mine exhaust to open air cuz race car.

What about it ??? If you are building a NA GSR engine... it is nothing to worry about. It is installed on a stock engine for emissions, not because the engine makes "too much crank-case pressure".
