I have the ITR brake calipers & brackets, and the 2007 base model mini cooper brake rotors. Everything seems to fit and have clearance, but the holes in the rotor for the lugs seems to be too big. Does this matter? I dont think the lugs are designed for shear stresses anyway, right?

 

That doesn't look like it fits the hub correctly? Should be no gap making it hub centric.

 

they are hub centric. There's a big chamfer and whatnot on the back, and it centers up nicely.

 

Yeah then just send it. Bolt hole size doesn't really matter in this case.

It is the clamping force that holds everything in place not shear.

 

1320 has little stainless washers that fill those holes in so it fits perfect, see my thread and you’ll see what I mean
