At a loss for no spark diagnosis.

1998 Civic EX is getting no spark no matter what. Starter cranks, car gets fuel, timing belt is good. Run out of ideas at this point.

Tested/Changed:
Entire distributor
Plugs and Wires
ECU
Main Relay
Cleaned grounds
Engine Wiring harness
All fuses are good, including under dash

None of these had any effect. Any and all suggestions welcome!

stop replacing the entire dist and dig deeper:

you are tossing really good parts in the trash if you got rid of the factory original.
rebuild it instead of replacing. mine has 400k+ miles.
