Hey guys I was looking to replace the rubber hose that connects to the hardline for the clutch slave cylinder with a new stainless steel one but the hardline connection seems a little tough, is there a specific reason or is it always this tough? just wanted to ask before accidentally stripping or ruining the hardline to the slave. I am also new to this forum considering I had just bought this teggy so thanks guys for all the previous help!

 

It just depends how old/ rusted it is. Try using some PB blaster to loosen the rust etc.. and try breaking it loose. Should be a 10mm wrench you need. Try a pair of vice grips and clamp it on tight and try opening the nut.
