I recently bought a salvage ruckus for dirt cheap, however it was a theft. I know they typically sit for a while at auction, so i replaced the carb and battery in the one I purchased. It however would not start unless I jump it off a car battery. Voltage is constantly at 11v while at idle, thus i must accelerate to keep it running. Battery is new, but im not sure what could be the issue. Maybe stator? has anyone encountered this?
